Anyone know of a good cream that can help reduce or get rid of the red spots on your face left over from acne?

No, not exactly scars. Its like a red spots from where the acne used to be. No actual pimp.

If you got the money i would get microdermabrasian treatment... but your looking at maybe $500 all up (over the next 10 weeks)

Look for something with alphahydroxy acids in it.

You can do an over the counter dermabrasion (Loreal has one).

Or you can go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon and have a glycolic acid peel or a dermabrasion treatment.

i got full medical coverage...would that beable to pick up the tab here in Canada.

Gambino - i want to fix the problem, not hide it. But thanks for the recommendation.

Seriously Ceasar, my sister had those red spots not bad, went to a dermatologist and got a script for Retin A..
I forgot the name of the alphahydroxy like velvett said but I heard that helps too.
Also the chemical peel will help but you look like satan afterwards while youre skin has been peeled and red, glycolic acid burns away the top of the skin, but its self limiting so it only penetrates to a certain depth and then stops, used for freckles, scars, superficial wrinkles etc...

So Retin A cleared up her problem? I've been reading about these peels, so many types, but i think i might check out the one that velvett mentioned.
