little help plz

I was wanting to run low dose hcg with next cycle. However, was wonder if you guys had any tips on dose/how often. Also would recommend using prgeyl because I couldn' find a muliose vial.

250iu E3D is how I dose it.

250iu shot M/Th...keep in mind most HCG is good for 30 days once mixed...some are good for 60 or 90 days but most are 30 so make sure you stock up!!!
