Little help please

I need a little help with gaining weight

I'm 14 weigh about 115
Bench: 180

I've been lifting for about 1 year now, 5 times a week for about 1-1 1/2 hours.

I eat lots of protein and drink around 1-2 protein shakes (50 Grams Per Shake)

I was thinking about using Creatine but i wanted to see what you guys think first.

Please give me some ideas i can try thanks.
 
You're still young and have hormones-a-plenty. Stick to eating a lot of clean foods. Lean meats, chicken, and plenty of carbs. Make sure you get a solid workout routine. Don't waste your younger years curling and benching everyday.
