im 27 yr old male with low test levels , im on 200 mg cyp per week , 2 yrs ago i was 270lbs , %25 bf , now im 205 % 14 bodyfat , but hting is i got good muscle under skin but im not hard or tight , skin is losse and flat , what can i do , for this , ?

do i need more protien ?

would anavar harden me up ?

estrogen is at a good level so its not that ?

what do you guys think

what did you do for the last 2 years to drop your weight and bf so considerably ?
whatever it is, i would keep doing it !!! diet is the means to your end.
as far as what gear to take, i cant answer that bro, i've never done cutters my bf has never been over around 5%
 
i just ate less and worked out and i guess the cyp helped , but like i said , i have no shape to me , very soft look ? , ineed help
 
When people loose ALOT of weight I have heard their bodies kind of resemble a "melting snowman", and the only way I know of to get rid of that "extra skin" look is with plastic surgery :o

This is usually seen with the geriatric patients (stomach stapling) as they end up losing over 100 lbs :eek2:
 
no its not that bad , its not hanging or sagging im just soft , you know when you dont have carbs for a week , you feel flat , its like that but all the time , i need to harded up , ? my protein is only about 140 grams per day , if i bump it to 250 will it help ?

Yes...When you train really hard with weights the body NEEDS more protein to recuperate adequately...:)

Otherwise you are just tearing down the house without trying to build it back up stronger and stronger each time :o

your 205 and only eat 140 grams a day of protein?
thats too low
yes 250 would be better
and 300 would probably be optimal
