Little Help for a Rookie

22 y/o @150lb wanting to gain some mass. eat. eat. eat. forget about cardio and sit ups and walks. get your favorite beer a bag of bananas and sit down. mass is not muscle you don't have to try very hard to gain it. besides the beer and banana diet there's the pot and pizza diet (my personal favorite). look out for any resturant advertising all you can eat. bring food with you everywhere. not no fn carrots either i mean food, something that use to breath or least wiggle around. fat is your friend. try and corner the donut market what ever it takes to eat eat eat.
 
If you are going to use steroids make it a simple first cycle. test at 500mg a weeks. You will put on alot of muscle if your deiting and trainning are in order.

I definitely don't want to get flamed off the board and I'm not trying to get anyone to do the leg work for me. I left my post broad hoping to get some different perspectives. I've done some research over the past few months and I'm just trying to take full advantage of my first cycle.

I understand that and trust me I believe you. Stick around for awhile and you will see posts like this all the time. So the guys who post and are sincere about looking for direction are lumped together with the guys that don't want to do any thinking for themselves and are wanting for someone else to do everything for them. They then would have someone to blame when their cycle doesn't produce like they intended it to. Your headed in the right direction and got some help here.
