22 y/o @150lb wanting to gain some mass. eat. eat. eat. forget about cardio and sit ups and walks. get your favorite beer a bag of bananas and sit down. mass is not muscle you don't have to try very hard to gain it. besides the beer and banana diet there's the pot and pizza diet (my personal favorite). look out for any resturant advertising all you can eat. bring food with you everywhere. not no fn carrots either i mean food, something that use to breath or least wiggle around. fat is your friend. try and corner the donut market what ever it takes to eat eat eat.
