i have a friend who is in a college BB contest...it is in two weeks, and he needs some advice...he is semi-cut now, looks good but not vascular yet...he doesnt want to loose too much size because he really can't afford too because he wont be the biggest one there....i think he should do a little ripped fuel and tweak his diet a bit but some more advice would be great, thanks alot
