I would run nolvadex 40mgs ED and 1.25mgs letrozole ED until you're sure the gyno symptoms/gyno is gone. Don't risk it. I'm also hoping you're running an anti-e like arimidex during the whole cycle.

All I have is 2 bottles of nolvadex and clomid from AG. I am about 5 weeks in, do I need to try to get arimidex?

You have test in your cycle, you should have been using an anti-estrogen like arimidex the whole time. Start ASAP, and next time do more research before starting a cycle. What is your test dose?

About 300mgs/weeks of QV test enanthate

.5mgs of arimidex ED should be enough...but for now, jump on nolvadex + letrozole until the gyno go away. After gyno is gone, you can drop the nolva/letro and run arimidex.
