It depends on how much gear you're taking and what type. 1/8ml EOD might be enough, or probably 1/8ml ED will be plenty (that's 0.5mg). What are you taking?

Dosage really is dependent of several factors...

natural levels of aromatase
use of 17aa
alcohol consumption
hepatic metabolism of anastrozole

some can use 1/8 ED others 1/2 ED- though 1/4ed is most prevalent dosage.
