Well, I believe that 1/8ml EOD is good (that's what I'll be starting to do Saturday) as that will give 0.5mg EOD. However, it is better to take it ED so I'd say that 1/8ml ED would be plenty and ideal - if you have enough and can afford it.

Many people underestimate the amount of arimidex needed- especially if you have naturally high levels of aromatase.

IMHO
1/4cc ED is the average dose
1/8cc ED is for those with low levels aromatase
1/2cc ED OR MORE for those who are GYNO prone

if you fall inbetween you can adjust or vary dosage
