Should you keep taking this post-cycle? how long afterwards should you stop? do you taper? it just seems that if you stopped cold turkey when AAS were still in your system, the sudden increase in estrogen might not be a good thing? (sorry, I'm no scientist...)

well.. i tapered off it a little but ran it right up until my PCT.. when i started nolva at 40mg per day.. there is no need to take arimidex AND nolva... i might take some arimidex again right before going OFF of my pct so that the estro levels won't drastically jump up and cause after cycle problems but more gradually raise back up.. but if you start nolva.. you can completely drop arimidex with no problems.. but i tapered off until my PCT.. seemed to work really well for me so far.. i feel as if i'm recovering pretty well.. haven't lost any strength or really any size so far.. and sex drive is coming back up.. anyway.. good luck man

continue it for 2 weeks post cycle.

Taking it in conjuction with clomid for about 3-4 week for pct seemed to work. There is some evidence that arimidex can increase HPTA.
