I always hold it under my tounge for as long as posslbe before swallowing it. I believe that sublingual injestion is probably better than digesting it.
P.S. my spelling sucks.

The batch I got was slightly bitter, but not terrible. Did I have some weak stuff? It had a "LiquArim" label on it........anyone have experience with this product?
