liquidex,arimidex?

Can someone help a newbie here? I have been researching for a while now and would like more info on these two drugs. Why are they important and are they legal?

In my opinion they do two important things:

a) Act as an anti-estrogen (good if you don't want tits)
b) Fight water rentention

I find b) very important as I think it's easier to hide your use without all the water gain.
