its dose related, once you go past a certain dose of aromatisable gear, no amount of aromatise inhibitors will stop the conversion of test to estradiol

femera at 2.5mg/ed lowers estradiol levels below natural levels with a gram of test/week

Serge....I think he brings up a good point here due to the different mechanisms of action between thre 2 different anti-E's. Where's Huck when we need him...Oh Huck..where are you?:)

they are both competitve inhibitors, theoreticly when used for the same dose of aromatizable gear the combination of two might yeild a better suppresion, but once you go passed a certain dose/week of aromatizable gear aromatization WILL become an issue no matter how many different inhibitors you take

to put things in perspective:

intake of both inhibitors while running 1.5g/week of aromatizable gear might eliminate estradiol build-up

once you go up to 2g/week or higher (doses might be lower or higher, depending on the user) estradiol will be generated from testosterone substrates

Serge is correct. Why not run Aromasin or Femara the entire cycle rather than fool with the weaker Arimidex/Liquidex. I have seen maybe one case of gyno with someone using Femara/Aromasin, so we upped the dose. I have seen a few cases with arimidex/liquidex. Why take chances--just take Femara or Aromasin.

Aromasin is not like femera or arimidex, as mentioned before femera and arimidex are both COMPETITIVE inhibitors; by nature once competitive inhibitor binds to an enzyme (aromatise) with that it changes its sturcture which deactivates the enzyme but as the concentration of the enzyme rises compentitive inhibitors have a tendancy to "fall off" making the enzyme active once more.

Aromasin bind to the enzyme and PERMANANTLY changes its structure, therefor permanatly deactivating that particular molecule; YEILDING COMPLETE ESTROGEN SUPPRESION

so what your saying serge, is that aromasin is the strongest anti e

It makes sense though.
Since arimidex half life is 48 hours. Take it every other day and femera in between.
That should block estro completely.
Now we need someone to try it and give us results.:D
