Friend of mine been having some problems he says when he pinches his nipples a brown liquid substance comes out could this be gyno if so what can he take to get rid of this ?

it could be more than gyno--have him see a doc and i would not wait too long

A brown liquid substance comes out? WTF? Chocolate milk? Seriously though, he needs to see a doctor.

his progesterone gyno if out of control. its so built up that he is actually lactating. it happend to a friend of mine. lay off the nandrolones (deca/tren) and get some bromo/cabasser and hit it with some letrozole.

yes I would see a doctor for evaluation immediately.
hyperprolactinemia (secondary to use of nandrolones) will cause a milky or clear discharge usually - brown/dark should be evaluated qiuckly

it could be as easy as hyperprolactinemia discharge "curred" with some dostinex, or a cancer symptom as eddy and other indicated.
