I bought Thermo Pro (that has got ephedra + caffeine + other stuff) and liquid L Carnitine to help this in the fat nurning process (both Prolab).
On the bottle of liquid L Carnitine says to take preferably before and after training. But I just recently thought that, being a sort of syrup, it has got sugar in it; so, if taken in the pre breakfast morning workout, won't it raise my insuline to a level that will stop the ability of my body to burn bodyfat??
