Liquid Diet Month

1) Whey Protien with Glutamine Peptides and Small banana


2) Casein Protien with Glutamine Peptides and Flax Oil


3) Casein Protien with Glutamine Peptides and Oatmeal


4) TRAIN


5) Whey Protien with Glutamine Peptides and
Small banana/ Dextrose/ and or honey


6) Huge diverse salad with olive oil and Meat







Drink H20 all day

exactly - why do that ? Your body responds much better with whole foods, especially lean protein sources which contain the amino acids that our bodies need. Maybe 3 shakes per day at most but get some real food
 
I learned it form a body builder

but he did "liquid days"

on days he did not lift or did small body parts he would do it
 
I've learned alot of stuff from BBer's too, but my body's "chemistry" wouldn't allow me much benefit from alot of it. If it works for you, then go with it. Either way, good luck.

liquid diets are great...... blender... fruit, all natural pb, whey protein, MRP's , milk, water psyllium husks, creatine i mix it up getting most of my protein from those things....only solid foods are eggs and some meat

Meal 1: Myoplex Deluxe with 4 tablespoon natural PB. water and some ice cubed (blend up)

Meal 2: 3 scoops whey (chocoalte) with 4-6 strawberries, psyllium husks, and in soy milk (blend up)

Meal 3: egg white omemlete with 2 gala apples

Meal 4: Myoplex Deluxe with psylum husks . 1 banana 12oz water and some ice cubed (blend up)

Meal 5: piece grilled chicken and take you flaxseed oil

i love getting meals from shakes and stuff. always high quality proteins, add your fiber and you got a meal that won't get jammed up in your tummy

I know what you mean!

also another benifit is your waiste decreases in circumfrence with long term use..(NO FULL BELLY)

also when on liquid days I do have one solid meal 1.5 hours after lifting with tons of greens and meat!!!!

so my belly is full only once a day

but beacuse I had liquids all the other time, and then workoed out with no solids in me, my waiste shrinks very quickly

practice vacumes too
 
Probably the most noticable affect of a liquid diet is the fact that you lose a lot of water initially due to a lowered sodium content
 
I think everybody on this board appreciates the convenience and quality of some liquid concoctions (protein, flax, fiber, etc.) but to go on an all liquid diet is a little extreme. Hell, even your digestive tract will lose strength with no stimulus. Not only that, I would starve my ass off on that diet.
