liquid d-bol

hey guys, another home brewing question again lol,

my question is does d-bol powder dissolve in bacadi 151 with out baking, and if i do have to bake it do i need to use a stopper with holes or no holes on my beaker, dont have access to any everclear as it is iilegal in my state
