my friend just started hers today. split up in two doses. is that necessary? starting at 40mcg. with the liquid from ag guys, thats hardly any. potent stuff? how long before effects? any info appriciated.
You don't need to split it up but some do. Usually i'll start feeling some effects within a half hour of the first dose. I hope your friend is gonna get a gallon a day of water and take her taurine cause she will get horrible cramps without it.
