do u guys use liquidclen or the spiropent tablets?
Any difference of results between them?
fo u take liquid clen on the tongue or inject?

Never inject clen, spiropent is king, but some of the liquids are pretty good.

I have used the Spiropent liquid before and it worked well.

Just don't use too much or you will sweat like a pig and get a massive headache.

Just work your way up to a full dropper.

dont use the dropper. use a syringe with an 18g needle too measure it

Use an insulin syringe without the needle. It's smaller and easier to read the amt. of liquid in the syringe.

i'm wondering how most people take it? is it sublingual or do you just swallow it? how about mixing it in some kind of drink.
