liquid clen question

My clen arrived yesterday it comes in 200mcg x 30ml, the problem is that had ordered tabs and this people sent me liquid, it doesn't come with
a dropper or syringe, I don't want to send it back because it'll take about two weeks and I want to start my cycle asap, I was going to run 40mcg per day with the tabs how do I translate that into liquid thank you.

it is the same thing assuming your source has legit liquid, however since there is no dropper or syringe you will have to ask them how much a ML is and buy your own syringe

sounds like a very shitty source to me and I would demand my money back

Or buy a dropper / syringe / means of measuring a ml. For pennies.

Bro please be careful with dose, i know 99% can’t understand this.
Ok you can use ur 3ml or 5ml oil syringes if u injecting..
remember 1ml is 200mcg,
0.5ml is 100mcg
0.25ml is 50mcg.
Don’t get confused
Its easy.
