Liquid Clen Dosage

I just got my first liquid clen from Greece. It says 5mcg/5ml on the package. It is a 100ml bottle. What does this mean? I know it sounds like a dumb question. Just a little help on dosage and a good stack. I was thinking of running along with a fina/winny stack.

5mcg/5ml means you only have 100mcg (100ml=100mcg) which dose not sound right to me since you will need a dose of 80-100mcg/day

yeah - that sounds like alkalated water or something - sure its not 50mcg/5ml???
