anyone have experience with liquid beef amino's?? it sound's like its worth checking into

No but I use Liver amino tabs made by the same makers of Animal Pak. Its high in amino acids, b vitamins and iron. It gives you a noticeable increase in energy.

i bought this stuff and it tasted like crap .. and seemed to work the same as reg protein drinks .. to be fair i didnt use it long .. cause i couldnt stand the taste ... also stuff is way over priced

I also use Uni Liver Tabs. A tried and true classic. One of my supplement staples.

Yick. Go with liver tabs good and economical though there are better options these days.
