hey yeah i started out 4mg 1 x day working up to 4-8mg 3 x day in 1 week. been on it for 2wks now and shed ALOT of fat. but go slow not meaning anything negative by this but dosages for females are usually lower, it's a great product though the need to eat clean is very important, if you want to see good results that is. if you got from where i got it you need to go get a measured dropper from a drug store so YOU KNOW EXACTLY how much you are taking. go slow BC i got some shakes and fast pulse a few times there. also there's some threads about albuterol on here, use the "search" and you should find some good reading. and yes, cardio will definitely help alot. good luck!!!!
