had the boys from ag throw me in a bottle as one of the freebee's. i have never used it but i thought at the end of my omna dbol cycle i might throw it in with the pct. 2 on 2 off. i was just wondering the dosage. like i said i never used it before. i mean i will only use it if i gain some bf on this cycle. but i'ma eat like a horse, so i imagine i will gain a bit o fat. thanks boys. k

Shit works great! Keep your cardio up though and you prob won't need it. If you do, don't start with more than 0.25cc for the first few days. prob 0.125cc twice a day to start. this shit is definitely better than the pills.
 
A good starting point is always 20mgs. From there you can ramp your way up to whatever you can take for 2 weeks before having to go off of it. I got up to 200mgs and was able to handle it pretty good for my last 2-3 days on my run.

However I will tell you that my first day on just 20mgs was the WORST. I thought I was going to die. I was sweating more than I ever did in my life. After that first day I never had a problem like that again. I got the shakes pretty good but within a couple of hours I was pretty much back to normal (at least I didnt think everyone was lookin at me like a crack-head! lol)

I highly highly highly recommend running 5 grams of L-Taurine with it. The cramps from Clen will DESTROY you without it.

Not 20 MG...20 MCG.....

A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab
until the side effects are not tolerable

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
