i'm using it right now. AG makes a good product and i can definantly tell it is working (my hands are shaking while i type this). But like fergie said above it's not going to make you cut all by its self. you have to bust your ass on your diet and cardio. you have to put up 90% of the effort and the clen does the last 10%.
what kind of fat loss have i noticed with clen compared to without?
very little really. out of the 8 or 9 lbs of fat i have lost over 6 weeks i would say .5lb is from clen alone.
I am naturally lean so my advice might not mean shit. I used it with no change in diet while doing no cardio and I got leaner without trying. I wanted to use it to see how i responded to it instead of just trying it pre-contest. I would think that with the diet in check and cardio one would get nasty pretty quick.
i use an insulin pin (i'm a diabetic) and it's super easy to measure. with AG clen it's usually 200mcg/ml so on the slin pin every ten units equals 20mcgs of clen.
i noticed it working at around 40mcgs. my hands and such began to shake but the fat burning really doesnt work till about 100mcgs.
be warned though, your body gets used to it quick. i only run 10 day cycles because anything after wont affect me. like on day ten of my last cycle i ran 200mcgs and i didnt even have my hand shake or anything but on day one of my next cycle i ran 100mcgs and i had parkinsons all day.
