Hey. I am going to take my first cycle of just Clen. LIttle background. I am 28, 6'3", 215lbs, in good health. I was planning on starting at 50mcg and stepping up 20 per day (once in the am) until I get side effects that aren't good. I was going to stop at that does and continue until 3 weeks have passes from the start.
I am wondering what else I should be taking to help the process along. I understand Taurine is good to prevent cramps. How much should I take? Any other supps that is suggested, and what for, and at what dose?
Any suggestions would be VERY helpful.
 
I think you should at least add some T3, are you on any type of cycle?
 
No. I just finished an 8 week cycle of Deca (300mg/wk). This was my first cycle and was pleased with the results. I am just sticking to one substance for the time being so that I can gague how my body reacts to new and different things. I feel that this is the best course of action for a newbe. My next cycle, which I have not figured out yet, will be a stack of several products because my first cycle went so well. I gained 25 lbs with not too much fat gain. The previous statment is verified only visually. I have not tested my bodyfat since the end of the cycle. However, visually, it doesn't look like I added much fat.
By the way, my goal for fatloss is to get as shreaded as possible for my vacation that is comming up in late Feb. I am going to Thailand and will be having a lot of beach time.
