So I'm gonna start my liquid Clen I bought from chemical need next week what is te beat way to take it I was readi take Benadryl 2 weeks on 2 off so many dif ways I need a vets opinion on this one

2 on 2 off is the best way IMO.
You could probably get away with 4 weeks straight if you wanted to but I would start real low.
You can always run keto with it to in order to keep taking it straight.
