O.K, I know this is probably the wrong forum for this and I apologise in advance, but I figured some of you guys must have been through this. I have been training for about three years and as of yet no juice (I am 25) and this summer I am having lipo on my chest. I have always carried fat here since puberty and no amount of training/dieting will shift it. Whilst I am in there anyway I am having my abs touched up a little (no real extra charge). Point is, is it better to lean up and lower bodyfat a little before surgery or just go with normal bodyfat levels. Hope some of you can help.
