liposuction ??if bad geneticss

hey i work to my potential and cannot get that ripped loo in my midsection..i been dieting and listening to what advice about refeeds and dieting u have given me..i think im lean and muscular but abs are no ripped...would liposuction be ok to get or its not worth the money
 
YES - by all means - get the lipo AND the tummy tuck. While your at it, throw in some D-ball and a bit of test perhaps a bit of growth hormone and some insulin - OO and I hear that albumen will make your skin look as if it is shrink-wrapped around your massive muscles. Do you have any experience with IV tubing?.... :rolleyes:

You keep going on and on and on and on and on and ON about not being able to get ripped abs. Well. I want to see these not-ripped abs you have. I want to see what kind of a physique we're talking about here. If your diet and cardio and training is all as good as you say it is, and if you've REALLY been taking the advice given on these boards, and following it EXACTLY (not changing it like you did Par Deus' advice about refeeds - remember? he said 500g carbs, you said "that's ridicuous, I can't eat that, I'll do 150g" which will get you FUCKING NOWHERE, for all the reasons he outlined CLEARLY in his articles!!!!) there's no way in hell you could be sitting for months and months and months and MONTHS without seeing an ab muscle.

Now post up your pics, and a pic of your ideal ab-woman's abs. DO IT!

THEN maybe we can help better. Right now we don't have a clue what your body looks like - YOU think you're muscular, blah de blah, but there are people here who can tell you just by looking at you what you have to do to get those cherished abs.

NOW POST YOUR PICS, or stop asking f**king stupid questions. Someone with your stats doesn't need lipo.

As much as I would like to think Mars perhaps she is from another country and English is not her (first) language.

That being said I would also like to see her or her ideal abs. I have asked for her food and training journal - what she "really" eats and how she "really" trains but as always it fell on deaf ears. :rolleyes:

LMFAO! Good point Dice, but I just wanna see if she's up to the challenge - and you have to admit - she must be totally fucking crazy desperate if she's asking about lipo - I mean, that's scary. For some reason I find her posts disturbing, which is why I always find myself posting on them. I think she has some serious body image problems, and that's why I want to see the pics.

This board is for people to share their experience and knowledge. Some people listen, plan, implement and succeed. Others have different or non-existent learning styles, thus they do not succeed, or even make any appreciable headway. This woman is so desperate she is considering surgery. I would feel like a bad person if I just laughed her off again and did not at least try to help her in the same way (or maybe, by necessity, a more ... individualised way) I would help anyone else on this board. Maybe missy just has a different way of learning from most people. Sure, it's taking a long time to get some basic facts across, but that doesn't mean we should give up altogether. In the same way we'd tell someone who has been training for 2 months not to take AAS, and instead give diet, training advice, I would like to be quite sure missy has all those aspects exactly right before she goes to visit the surgeon.

Now missy, stop fucking around and show us what kind of a physique we're talking about. And while you're about it, why don't you post your EXACT diet, EXACT weight training, and EXACT cardio. Do you take any sets to failure? What weights are you using on what exercises. What weight and how many reps on your ab exercises?

YOU find someone to post your pics, because, frankly, no-one around here believes you, and we're sick of giving you advice that you don't listen to, or don't appear to listen to. Pretty soon, we're just gonna stop.

Go to MSM or geocities, or any one of a thousand online web album sites, and post your pics there for free, then post the link here. Look at hrdbdygrl's thread with her pics - she has a link to one of those freee album sites. Stop being so helpless and get PRO=ACTIVE about your life, missy!

And you better get typing on that diet, cardio and weights routine that you are going to give us IN DETAIL!
 
Please tell me this is a pathetic joke of some sort...be realistic....liposuction..how old r u? I can almost bet there could be drastic changes made to your diet, training and cardio that would fix everything...to a great extent..
 
In 2001, plastic surgeons in America performed approx 1 million liposuction procedures. Missyd may be crazy, but she's not alone.....If I had the disposable money I would not hestitate to have some blubber sucked off of my thighs :)
 
"Missy" hasn't shown us a thing. Has anyone ever spoken with her besides VDL? Oh the curiosity...

Just for the record I haven't spoken with her...I just PM'd her with my e-mail addy when she was looking for a plat member to post her pics....against my better judgement to get in the middle, I made the offer :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I did a search and read up on what is going on here since I seem to have missed it. It sems to me that everything you need to reach your goal of "ripped abs" has been given to you. Why do you keep coming back and asking the same thing over and over again?
Is it that you are not understanding what the gals here are saying to you?
Is it that you don't believe what they are saying?
 
thanks..well i do take your advice and ask cometitor bodybuilders bout taking in 500 grams of carbs in 1 day like par deus said and they said no...they just say eat your normal 100 a day...like yams etc...but today i im feeling bloated casue for breakfast i ate like 80 carbs woth of hi GI lucky charm ceareal....now i need 400 more? damn i will throw up..do i need this much carbs?

Beyond all the other issues surrounding the training/not training and the troubles of Missy, I wouldn't recommend liposuction for anyone without doing a hell of a lot more research about it. I've heard some nsaty stories about long term effects of lipo involving immune response, life expectancy, blah blah blah. This is a pretty radical procedure despite the millions of people who have it done every year. It's about as subtle and healthy as standing on the scale and lopping off bodyparts until you hit that perfect weight, IMHO. I don't have anything against the people who do it or have done it, but it's not something to just do cos you want a sixpack and can't be bothered to work for it, as far as I can see.
