Ok - I want to make sure of a few things before I get this stuff started -- I should be receiving it tomorrow or Tuesday and I am pumpeddddddddddd!

Ok -- I will take 5 caps of lipoflame every morning(workout/cardio or not)

The AMP02 -- I am going to just be taking however many caps is right? 30-45 min before my workouts (only on workout days obviously)

Does this sound right -- I am wanting to tone/lean up big time... and get more out of my workout -- a lot more...

Also -- How long can I cycle this -- whats safe? And nothing is needed to take after, correct?
 
Take 6 caps LIPOFLAME first thing in the Morning to make your feel great, and boost you metabolism ALL Day. Its a wonderful ways to start the day.

Take 3/4 of a dose on Amplify02 for your Midday or Afternoon Lifting work your way up to a full dose in time.

thats it:) you can run it for long periods and I would use LIPOFLAME every day.

Good then -- I got another question for you... umm -- Ok so I sometimes do cardio at night (aka bball games) like sun, mon, tues,wed -- still take lipoflame in the morning NO MATTER WHAT? Also -- sometimes I lift after I play -- aka mon-wed -- so should I still just take the amp02 on the way to play? or how do you think I should do that?
 
try to use LIPOFLAME for thing like Basketball and Cardio

save the LIPOFLAME for later , so long as you have in every day.

the days you lift after you do cardio just take a half a serving of each combined into one serving.
