Just ordered my Lopostack three days ago. Can't wait for it to get here.
I just found this site this past week. I am really amazed at how much I have learned in that short of time.
The short and quick of it is---
about three years ago I got really sick with a form of bacteria growing on my brain. During the time I was post op- had to have brain surgery so they could remove one of the lesions off my brain, I had eight of them the one removed being the biggest and causing pressure on my brain. One of the others that was big was sitting on top of my brain and they said if it burst there was an 80% chance I would die.
While recovering I decide four things
1. Get a new job so I could spend more time with the family. Was a cop shift work sucks. No cop jokes cuz I have heard them all and I still have connections with the pd so I can find anyone LOL.
2. Get a Harley. Got one.
3. Get a tattoo. Got one.
4. Get in shape. To much coffee and dough-nuts.
I have got three of the four and I have been working on the Fourth. Got the new job about a year ago and started working out 5 days a week over my lunch hour about eight months ago.
I just need guidance and info, which i have found on this site. I know I want to stay natural so I am just here to take in all the info I can.
The thing I need to work most on is diet. Mine really sucks still. But I have seen some really good gains in the gym. Only been taking Noxplode creatine and protein.
So I look forward to gaining knowledge from this site to improve my diet and workout program.
