Ok, so I havent used the LIPOSTACK in over a year. What is the best dose for cutting?

I read it says do not take more than one serving of lipoflame within 12 hours?! So I can basically only take one serving (4 caps) per day?

So how is the best way to work this stuff?

5-6 Amplify02 with 2 Lipoflame for Afternnoon of PM lifting

I remember the original stuff where it was like 6 lipoflame and 12 amp02....that hurt my stomach lol This is much better. Im going to take some now and get my full workout in, in a little bit

Not bad today, no flushing like last time...not really feeling the stim too much though, Ill have to try the apple next time.
