I've tried it, and it's not worth it. True, lipo makes you drowsy, so why not take it before bed?
The problem is, you sleep like crap. You may sleep through the night, but believe me, it's not quality sleep. The fatigue you feel from lipo is more about energy/ATP depletion, not actual rest. At the end of a week, you're still feeling the sides as bad as ever; and a little bit sleep-deprived to boot. You need your sleep to rest and recover properly; don't screw with your system while it's trying to stabilize/repair itself.
