With a good diet and cardio routine which would get rid of some excess fat for my south beach trip in a month and a half ??

I was thinking about running a havoc/clen or lipo for 4 weeks since i got the havoc for free and were looking to give it a try .. i also have another amp lipo raw stack on its way

or would a amp/lipo/raw/clen cycle work ??

any advice on which would have the best results in the month

also the reason i was hesitant about havoc is that i willb e drinking in FL and im not sure how bad it will be on my liver becasue i will be on my PCT down their if I did take it

lol i typically don't maybe once a month have a beer or a frozen drink but have you ever been down to south beach its hard to resist in that atmosphere plus twice a year i take a full week off of everything gym diet supplements work everything .. probably be better to wait until i get back huh??

Wait until you see the price of a drink at the trendy SOBE nightclubs....you might change your mind. Besides, nobody drinks when they go out down here (hehehe, hint, hint).

o yea its crazy i was down there in march at the bar on the beach next to versaces mansion it was $52 for two miami vices in a huge frozen cup thing ... but hey its only money live once may as well make it worth it .. i dont think i am going to risk problems becasue that cycle will put a hurting on my liver then with alcohol on top it wont be good ... i was thinking about a clen/t3 stack just to cut up drop the last few pounds instead of the PP/havoc
