it has really helped me with my workouts. I have no problem going to sleep at night either. Its curbs my appetite to some degree but I dont need help with that it was the energy i needed. I have lost a tremendous amount of inches.

Great work ... what I ment by a tv ad . Is that you are pretty, awsome smile, nice looking and well spoken.

Keep up the great work. Once your metabolism kicks in full speed you will see the lbs melt right off.
Then you will look in the mirror and be like " whoa " and people that have not seen you in awhile will be like OMG you lost so much weight.
