sorry for all the clen questions but im only going to do it once and i want to make sure i get the best results i can from it... anyways ive heard alot of good stuff from the boards about lipoflame so i was thinking about doin an 8 week long cycle which would go somethin like this
1st week- clen**start at 60mcg/day and taper up to 100mcg by end of the week
2nd week- clen**100mcg/day
3rd week- lipoflame
4th week- lipoflame
5th week- clen**100mcg/day
6th week- clen**100mcg/day
7th week- lipoflame
8th week- lipoflame
all this with the benadryl at night in weeks 3,4,7,8, taurine powder if i cramp, lots of water, fish oil and a cal deficient diet with am cardio and late afternoon workouts
ive decided for the lipoflame as ive read ECA is good for the weeks off clen but think that ECA AND clen for 8 weeks would b too hard on my body...
any input/suggestions?
