Lipoflame/Amp02

just wondering, im about to start my lipoflame tomorrow.. 4 caps 30 mins b4 cardio.. but what is the best time for non workout days?? should i take it first thing in the morning? same with the amp02, first in the morning on non workout days? and anythin like the half apple/pear with the amp02?

you can start your lipoflame dose a bit lower if you want.
i only use 3 caps in the am

as said above use amp02 as pre wo only

was just thinking for the amp02, as its a nitrous product, that youd have to keep your muscles saturated with it.. thx for the input guys
by any chance did you order the RawMCC?? haven started that yet, what do you recommend?

I use Amplify 02 for Upper Body Lifting ( Muscle Pumps, 100% focus, and Power)

I use LIPFOLAME for Cardio and Leg days and an AM pick me up.

Sometimes I take half a dose of LIPOFLAME with Half a dose of Amplify 02 and thats
a pretty spectacular feeling too.

You can also sneak in a couple of LIPOFLAME caps here and there for an added boost.

I will take a low dose of LIPOFLAME ( 2 caps)

was also wondering what you thought about this....
i do cardio 5/6 days a week-- 3 sessions kickboxing, 2-3 at the gym (treadmill, bike etc)... so on the kickboxing days i take the amp02 in the morning b4 my workout and lipoflame b4 my sessions @7pm... on the other 2-3 days i either run on empty stomach in the morning so id take my lipo in the morning and then the amp02 later in the day when i workout.. if i run post workout you think its alright if i take my amp02 b4 my workout (30 mins b4) and then lipoflame during my workout (30 mins b4 i finish)?

Try to separate cardio from lifting:)

This was use LIPOFLAME just for cardio and legs days

and Amplify02 for upper body

on the days you do both do HALF and HALF
