Lipo flame AND Amplify 02..?

Seems to me that this would be a contradiction of strategy for supplement intake. AMP 02 is supposed to allow you to push more weight longer therefore you want to eat a lot of food to supply the muscles during recovery. If you take lipoflame too, that will limit your appetite so you can't consume enough food <comfortably> to give you the gains in strength and muscle mass that you're trying to obtain from AMP 02.

Plus, doest AMP 02 have fat burner in it already?

Seems to me if you're trying to burn fat then you shouldnt be taking AMP 02, makes sense to take lipoflame by itself with lots of cardio and high rep weight lifting. Then once you've lost all that fat, switch to AMP 02 and do less cardio and low rep weight lifting. Its been my experience, and my perceived experience from many friends that losing weight and trying to powerlift <correctly with a heavy diet> don't go hand in hand. Patience is the key to anything in this world, right?

Ofcourse, you can take AMP 02 and Lipoflame at the same time and you'll probably get good results, but, I think if you kinda do it in a STEP 1 and STEP 2 kind of cycle you'll be getting more efficient and cost effective results.

Anyone tried the stack? Please criticize my hypothesis to the fullest. I am very curious as both of these supplements are the best in their fields.

Amplify 02 is for PreWokout Energy, Focus, Pumps and POWER and additional Fat Burning WHILE WORKING OUT

LIPOFLAME is for Fat Buring and Metabolism Increase Daily and Appetite CONTROL ( not the same as suppression)

the Stack is PERFECTION and COST Effective

HOW TO STACK LIPOFLAME WITH AMPLIFY02

On your LIFTING DAYS:

* One Full serving of LIPOFLAME™ in the Morning or for your AM Cardio
* One serving of Amplify02™ for your Afternoon Lifting session

If you Lift in the Morning, use Amplify02™ in the Morning and LIPOFLAME™ midday. Either way you win!

On your NON-LIFTING days:

* One Full serving of LIPOFLAME™ in the Morning or for your AM Cardio
* One Full serving of LIPOFLAME™ at Lunch or Midday

~~~~~I totaly disagree with that. Wanna lose fat and gain muscle? On weight traning days use the amp02 and on cardio days use lipoflame. Let's say you hit the weights every other day, do cardio on the off days and you don't need to over do it. Weight traning burns cal's at an extended time period where cardio only burns cal's while your doing it. Adding muscle aids in fat burning. So, eat more during weight lifting days and less during cardio days.
Here's my plan: first, because of the physical nature of my job i need around 3800 cals to maintain my current weight of 215. My bodyfat is in the neighborhood of 8-9%. If I want to lose fat I hit the weights every other day, with amp02, high protein, around 310 grams and high cal's, around 4000. On off days i do my cardio with lipoflame, gives me energy and helps curb my appitite. Cal's on these days would be around 2300 with around 220-250 grams of protein. This is what's refered to as the "zig-zag" approach to building muscle while losing fat. It works for me and I include amp02, lipoflame, G-covery and raw MCC in this plan.
hope this helps.
Cant wait to give it a shot..
I have run amplify 02 by it self and lipoflame by it self and love both products..
with the new lipoflame i will follow and write up a review as soon as i get the product in hand..
Interesting. I suppose that makes some sense, but, having a heavy diet during workout days is only half of it. You need the heavy diet during every other day too if you're powerlifting. When you lift a lot of weight, low reps you don't build muscle the day your doing it. The muscle and strength gains come in the next 2 days after you do that heavy clean n jerk and bench press, not THAT day. Seems you're eating LESS on recovery days when you should be eating MORE. Its all about recovery.
Also, 300 + grams of protein? lol...no offense but thats terrible for you, you're destroying your liver and depleting all the calcium out of your bones. I suggest anyone who's reading this do some research on the average life span of body builders...its quite low...and one of the main reasons other than excessive wear and tear on the body is the huge ammount of protein over several years...keep eating 300 + grams of protein and by the time you're 45 - 50 years old your organs will start to melt away and next will come cancer.
For any kids out there, dont buy into 300 + grams of protein theory. People who do that are probably going to be pushing lots of weight and look real buff mind you, but thats not cuz they eat 300 + grams of protein its because of the determination and 100 - 150 grams of protein. Understand that someone who eats 300 + grams of protein is highly motivated and probably works out correctly and consistently (they just go hand in hand, no one eats 300 grams of protein and sits on the couch all day). THATS what got them the muscles, not the 300 + grams of protein.
Arnold Schawrtz. was interviewed recently on his opinions of weight lifting and diets. Claims many people overkill protein, and that vegetables should be the main course of a good weight lifting diet with side dishes of well balanced protein, fiber, carbs
Too much of anything is bad for you, even water. A few months ago a radio station had a water drinking contest to see who could drink the most water in one hour. A lady drank so much water that she killed the PH levels (or something) in her body and she died before the doctors could do anything. Think about that, if you can die in ONE HOUR from drinking too much water which is the essence of this planets ability to survive, create and evolve, think about what you're doing over the long run with excessive ammounts of protein
