hey, i'm wanting to get lipo-6 to help with the cutting but i have a question. i'm only 15 (basically 16) and i was wanting to see if it was ok to take. theres no warning on it about 'only for people over 18' like alot of the others had. the main problem is that the man from GNC said that the caffein in it will cause me to break out real bad most likly. another said it depends on how mature my body is. heres the caffein in it
Caffeine Anhydrous USP 200mg for one dose. and you know, one serving in the morning, one in the afternoon
i don't really trust GNC people though because one guy recommended instead of that, TRAC. (more expensive also i believe) but, based on reviews here, TRAC is a bulking supp. (i heard it makes you hungary) and i specifically said i was cutting lol.
alot of people will say don't take supplements since your only 16 but i kinda hit a platue. i actually lost alot of weight but now i want to take this to finish me off.
one more ? does lipo-6 give you the jitters? i know it gives energy but does it make you jittery? cause i want to wake up at 5:40 and take it, get on the bike for 30 mins and then get ready for school, which i have to be at 7:45. i'm more of a night person so getting up and working out will be a bit hard in the morning so some energy would be nice. but i can't feel all jittery in school cause i take some of the more harder courses and i need to be able to concentrate.
thanks for any help you can give.
