Limitations on supplements for a 19 year old?

Hey bros, just wanted to start a thread of what you guys think about limitations for younger guys like test boosters, creatine, those types of thinks.

Personally, I'd avoid supplements designed to tamper with your hormone levels. Your natural levels are so high at your age that you don't want to do anything to mess with that natural production. Creatine is fine. Protein powder is fine. Gear and N2Slin are both great ideas - both are designed to help your body process food more efficiently. Other than that you don't need much but rest, food and training.
