Light weights... newbs always hatin'

Don't you hate when you're doing light sets focusing on form and range of motion... then this skinny fk comes up and puts 8x the weight on w/ shitty form and looks at you with an empowering glance.... I was midset on "good mornings" very slowly and with good form... I dont' like to do squats or deads heavy b/c i have some spinal issues...

dude asks to work in.. he loads another plate onto each side as if he is strong squatting 275, then proceeds to barely kink his knees, dropping his body MAYBE an inch or two, then locking them back out...when he's done, he tells me that I'm going down too far with my torso... wtf is this guy?

So, to make him eat his words, I put another 45 on each side... then instead of my poor form on what he considers to be "squats" I actually do some real squats, slow and all the way down. Needless to say, when I was done, I just asked him... was that how I was supposed to do it? He wasn't amused at all.

I hate when I see guys benching 315 6-8 times...then they
go work on squats with 225 sets of 10...good greif, this happens often too. I see more people benching big and squatting nothing and they strut around and shit...lol

I never had no skinny fukr try to show me up though, but good for you for fking with his head.
 
I actually got so pissed at a boy band group trying to Up me on their higher weighted 3/4 reps that I walked up and pretended to be Mr. nice guy showing them proper form..

It was BB Curls, and I said "lower the bar all the way down and touch your upper thighs and then bring it all the way up".
As the first one was doing this with the same weight they had been doing 3/4 reps with, I slowed him down a bit.

He made it to only 5 Reps and started some BS about still being sore from Yesterdays W/O.. LOL
 
Everybody's gotta have this guy at their gym. Loads up 315 and bounces it off his chest(like sternum craking bounce) with a spot for one rep. Waits a few mins then does this again. About 3-5 sets of these and he's done for the day. Oh and it takes him an hour to complete from all his jabber jawing.

This young dude at work always questions me about working out. I always tell him to focus on the big 3 lifts.

The other day he tells me he doesn't want his legs any bigger. Bwahahahaaa

He throws in a 'quick set' of 10 for 120 every now and then.

I don't get it.

Had a guy about a week ago say "you're going to low on those squats", he says this on rep 8 mid squat with 495 on my back, I racked the weight and told him if he ever spoke to me again during a set that I would effortlessly drag him out of the gym( I know, not too Irie of me). Don't speak to anyone during a set is the what you should get out of this post, especially if it is obvious that the person performing the exercise lives for the iron. peace
