Don't you hate when you're doing light sets focusing on form and range of motion... then this skinny fk comes up and puts 8x the weight on w/ shitty form and looks at you with an empowering glance.... I was midset on "good mornings" very slowly and with good form... I dont' like to do squats or deads heavy b/c i have some spinal issues...
dude asks to work in.. he loads another plate onto each side as if he is strong squatting 275, then proceeds to barely kink his knees, dropping his body MAYBE an inch or two, then locking them back out...when he's done, he tells me that I'm going down too far with my torso... wtf is this guy?
So, to make him eat his words, I put another 45 on each side... then instead of my poor form on what he considers to be "squats" I actually do some real squats, slow and all the way down. Needless to say, when I was done, I just asked him... was that how I was supposed to do it? He wasn't amused at all.
