Is there anything I can do that will not shut me down, bloat me in anyway, or cause anykind of adverse side effect but still get me a little bigger and harder?

Tbol and Primo is a good cycle. I have had good luck with Primo and it doesn't effect my hairline at all. Just depends on the person. Like Wayne said do a search lots of info on both.

maybe some low dose anavar?

all anabolics will shut you down, to what extent just depends on the type of drug and the doses, nothing is perfect... but anavar and primo is dam close!
