Ok, I have a little tummy below my 4 pack which wont go away. I dont think I should begin fat burners yet cause im about to start my 2nd cycle. Can I sprint a quick mile every day on the treadmill and be ok as long as i replenish my body with protein? Im kinda new to this so please let me know. If not, what would you do to eliminate the little tummy? Also for post recovery, what is a storong fat burner?
