lifting when sick?

i have a nasty sinus infection/cold. and i cant even walk around for a long period of time without getting dizzy or nasuas, would it do me andy good to buck up and go get a lift in? or is it better to just rest?.
 
I would say rest, doesn't sound like you would have a productive workout in that condition. I've worked out with slight colds and kind of think it helps to sweat it out.
 
i agree but needed to hear it said by someone else. ive lifted with colds and it feels ok but i dont feel like im doing my body any good, i think im hurting it. thanks a lot
