Lifting Routine....what the hell is wrong??

I just started fitting in traps work out into my routine about 3 months ago (becuase im an idiot and i never felt like doing them before)...within the first month i saw them getting bigger, but all the sudden they just stopped growing!! Other then the different possitions of shoulder shrugs, what am i missing?

Also...My right side lat is 3 times the size of my left side lat...what can you do to fix this problem??
 
Try switching up the reps and weight you use. If you were going high reps, raise the weight and do lower reps.

As for different sizes, hmmm, such a big difference is a little strange in the traps i think. I guess you should use dumbbells to try and work them evenly.
