I was looking for some feedback on this....

When I go real heavy like 1-2 rep sets on chest I get a little pain on my bone and on biceps I get a tad bit pain on my forearm....

I was wondering if my bi's will still grow good doing lighter weight

and with chest will I get good gains doing nothing under 4 reps..?

1-2 reps...your more or less maxing out then anything and doing a "power lifters" routine..personally 6-8 would be ideal...how many sets?

personally on all my main lifts i do. 16reps, 10-12 reps, 6-8 reps, 6-8 reps, 2-3 reps.

number 1 thanks for feedback,

usually chest looked like this......

flat bar.....warm 135- 10.....185-8 tough....215-4 tough.....225-2...225..1or2
incline dumbells......85 -5 90-3 90-3
decline bar 215-4 205-7 205-6

some cables 10-15 reps like 4 sets

If you need more let me know......I am starting in like 2 weeks but want to make sure that I'll still get good gains if I don't go really heavy....the main problem is my forearm when doing heavy bi's though....

I wont be able to go heavy at all on bi's

Routine looks good...looks like you finish in the 1-2 rep range...but you start off with higher reps...looks good to me...as far as your bi/tri's remember that alot of the other lifts will involve these muscle groups indirectly so you dont need to worry about going as heavy...just make sure you keep proper form..

Swordfish knows his shit.................your routine looks good, and I LOVE to see people doing 1-2 rep sets - really forces you muscles to compensate the next time your in the gym. A good friend of mine has "perfect" form, but never struggles on any of his reps. I keep telling him to PUSH IT, but he won't - and for the last 5 years, he's had a "nice" build, but he wants to be bigger...........................
