Lifting on an empty stomach

I'm trying to drop bf% and dont have time to do morning cardio and pm lifting.... i plan on waking up, do my workout and then do cardio all in the same session... all this on an empty stomach (taking an ECA only)......

what do you think... is anyone else doing this with sucess or is it a bad idea?
 
I don't know about anyone else... but my body uses food for energy. Without it, I don't have any.

I would at least get a protetin shake down in the morning.

have some oatmeal or something before you go to the gym... not eating is not going to do you any favours... you need energy.
 
Hey bro clarify a little more. From what I understood you will not be doing any cardio or lifting in the AM. Instead you will be doing both in the PM, correct?

As long as you are doing cardio (what are you doing?) and have a clean (really clean) diet then you can lift and do cardio in the PM. This will help you to lose BF%. Trust me I'm a big muther hucker I know.

Of course as the above said, doing cardio in the AM on empty stomach is best, but do what you can do.
