Not to be a dick, but:
1--What's "bodybuilder size"? I've been to shows with little dudes around 5'3", 130 lbs. onstage. They were pretty tiny, obviously, but they'd be very insulted if someone said, "They're too small to be bodybuilders."
That said, I understand what you mean. You don't want to be a giant like Ronnie Coleman...relatively few do. Then again, fewer yet
can get like that. Point being, never let a fear of getting "too big" hamper your efforts.
2--Also, when you say you feel like you're "not working your muscles enough," what is it you feel, exactly? And would I be correct in inferring that you believe there's a relationship between exhaustion and muscle growth?
It's really not important that you answer any of the above, because my response will be the same to you: follow the 5x5 faithfully. Besides, the routine will get plenty hard once you're moving massive weights.
