life without juice

Hello All!

Has anyone got experience of having spent a long time off juice? For reasons which I will explain at a later date, I haven't taken a single shot since September and will stay clean until well into next year. I am starting to look good training naturally, but am now smaller of course. I'm also starting to emotionally get to grips with not being as big or ripped as before. I am also happy to see that I have caught up with alot of the strength I previously had. All around it hasn't been so bad.

However when I do start juicing again, am I back to square 1, or does your body make better progress than a novice? I have read about Pro BB's who took a year out to start a family etc but don't know how hard it was to get back again or if they came back a better athlete. Anyone........

After being off so long, you have fresh receptors...no you're not a virgin, however with your receptors being pretty much replenished, you should gain nicely........Also, since you've been training and gaining naturally for awhile, you've prep your body for the big come back.....don't worry about....you'll come back strong!!!

You will be good to go bro. I did my first two cycles and took over a year off of AAS. When I started back I grew like a weed.

Yea youre body is going to respond well, good luck :supercool

I love taking time off. I always change my mindset to getting as ripped as possible! Its emotionally easier to watch a couple of lbs go away.
When you finally get back on you respond real nice. You are going to enjoy the results!
Good Luck

Actually, for the first time in a couple of years I am feeling pretty good being off. I am still really looking forward to my next cycle though!

I haven't been on in 4 years, sometimes it is tough to get "geared" up for a workout. haha. But seriously folks I'll be here all week. It has it's ups and downs, but you always have those juiced workouts in the back of your mind. I guess if I was more at peace I wouldn't want to take it, but like Kenny Rodgers said "You'll be always on my mind!"
