If you could have one or the other, which would it be?
--a guarantee to live to 100 years (with or without diseases, however, none of them fatal), or
--a guarantee to live to 80 years and never suffer from any diseases major or minor.
--Take your chances as is.
In either case, accidental death and trauma do not count, this is not an invincibility clause, so a choice either way has it's own risks. It's a choice and a guarantee that IF you avoid trauma and external means of dying that you would be guaranteed to live that long, but no more.
